With our family run business expanding, we are delighted to be recruiting two experienced kitchen and bathroom sales designers to join our friendly team in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
North East Interiors is a long established family business, with over 20 years of trading high end kitchens and bathrooms in the North East of Scotland, working alongside leading suppliers such as Schüller, Pelipal and Utopia.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, so our chosen candidate must be sales-driven and enthusiastic, as well as highly focused on providing excellent customer service.
Your role and responsibilities:
Designing and selling luxury furniture and fittings to our customers
Completing and managing projects from the initial greeting to the end design and specification
Provide outstanding customer service
You will be based from our specialist showroom in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen
You will be required to carry out client home visits to measure and evaluate their needs
You will be working 5 days per week, including Saturdays, which will be based on a weekly rota
Your skills and experience:
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 recent years of kitchen and bathroom design and sales experience
You must be fully proficient in appropriate design software
You need to be professional and sales driven, with the ability to pay excellent attention to detail
You must hold a full UK driving license, as this is essential for client home visits
You will need to be a naturally approachable person, with a customer-centric attitude
Your package and training:
To achieve success at North East Interiors, we will provide you with all the ongoing training you will need
The role is based on a basic salary of £24k per annum, however this will be negotiable depending on experience and ambition
Commissions OTE £12 - £20k per annum depending on sales. No cap is applied so the commission could potentially be higher if superior sales figures are delivered
In addition, further target driven bonuses are available for the right candidate
